Namek Game Studio ("NGS", "we", "us")

Summary

1. Scope

This policy explains how Namek Game Studio handles personal information in connection with the mobile and desktop games and applications we publish (each an "App") and this website (the "Site").

It does not apply to app stores, websites, or third-party services that we do not control, even where we link to them. Those services apply their own privacy policies.

If an individual App collects information beyond what is described here, that App will present a supplementary notice at the point of collection.

2. Information we and our partners collect

2.1 Information you provide

Our Apps do not require registration. If you contact us voluntarily, we receive the information you choose to include, usually your email address and the contents of your enquiry.

2.2 Information collected automatically by advertising SDKs

To select, deliver, limit the frequency of, and measure ads, an enabled advertising SDK may process the following categories of device information:

Category Examples Why
Advertising identifier IDFA, GAID or AAID, and a vendor-scoped identifier such as IDFV when an advertising identifier is unavailable Frequency capping, attribution, ad measurement, and—with permission where required—personalisation
Device and technical data Device model, operating system and version, screen size, language, time zone, country and network codes, and connection type Rendering ads correctly and detecting invalid or fraudulent traffic
IP address The connection address, from which an approximate city- or region-level location may be inferred Delivery, regional eligibility, fraud prevention, and applying regional privacy rules
Ad interaction data Which ad was shown, when it appeared, completion, taps, and dismissal Reporting, billing, performance measurement, and fraud prevention
App context App identifier and version, SDK version, and coarse placement information such as the screen on which an ad appeared Attributing ad revenue to the correct App and placement

We do not request GPS or precise location permission, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access for advertising.

2.3 Information stored on your device

Game progress, settings, and preferences may be stored locally and, if you enabled it, in your own platform backup. The App does not send us a copy unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.

3. How information is used

The categories above are used to:

We do not sell personal information for money, build unrelated profiles from this data, or try to identify you by name from it.

4. Advertising and advertising identifiers

4.1 Advertising partners

The production App may enable only an advertising SDK selected from the operator's approved allowlist. The currently configured primary provider is listed below. Each provider processes its SDK data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising partner Role Privacy policy
Google AdSense / AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) Ad serving, mediation, and measurement Google partner-sites policy
NGS built-in test provider Local integration testing only; it does not request third-party ads Not applicable

Before another approved provider is enabled in production, we will update this section and any required consent choices. Remotely changing an SDK parameter does not override this policy or applicable consent requirements.

4.2 App Tracking Transparency on iOS

Apple requires explicit permission before an app may access IDFA or track activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you can still use the game and may receive contextual advertising. You can change the choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4.3 Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where required, a consent platform asks you to choose how data may be used for advertising. You may withdraw or change that choice from the App's privacy settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred beforehand.

5. Who receives information

We may disclose the categories described in Section 2.2 to:

We do not disclose personal information to another party for that party's independent marketing.

In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases may include:

Purpose Legal basis
Personalised advertising and access to device identifiers for that purposeConsent under Article 6(1)(a)
Contextual advertising, frequency capping, and revenue measurementLegitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) in operating and funding a free-to-play game
Fraud prevention, security, and stabilityLegitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) in protecting the service
Responding to enquiriesLegitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) in replying to the person who contacted us
Statutory records and reportsLegal obligation under Article 6(1)(c)

7. Your choices and controls

Reset or limit the advertising identifier

Resetting or deleting an identifier separates future ad activity from the previous identifier. You may still see less-relevant ads.

Withdraw consent

Where consent was requested, use the privacy or settings screen inside the App to change or withdraw it.

Uninstall

Uninstalling the App stops future collection by its SDKs on that device.

8. Your rights

8.1 EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; and complain to your supervisory authority.

8.2 California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may request information, deletion, or correction and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Advertising identifiers used for cross-context behavioural advertising may constitute sharing. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

8.3 Mainland China

Under the Personal Information Protection Law, you may access, copy, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, and request an explanation of our handling rules.

8.4 Exercising your rights

Contact us using Section 15. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Because our Apps may not hold an account for you, we may need a device advertising identifier or other information to locate and verify data associated with the request. If verification is not possible, we will explain why we cannot act.

9. Children's privacy

Our general-audience Apps are not directed to children under 13, or the higher digital-consent age that applies where they live, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from that age group.

If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it. An App directed to children will use age-appropriate, non-personalised advertising settings and suppress identifiers as required by COPPA and applicable platform family policies.

10. Retention

We generally retain aggregated advertising and revenue reports for up to seven years where needed for financial reporting, audit, or law.

Device-level data processed by an advertising provider follows that provider's retention schedule.

We generally retain email correspondence for up to 24 months after a matter closes, unless law requires longer.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may operate globally and process data in multiple countries, including the United States and European Union.

Where required, transfers from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or IDTA, and supplementary safeguards. You may request information about applicable safeguards.

12. Security

We use measures appropriate to the limited data involved, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reviews of integrated SDKs. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. This website and language selection

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run advertising SDKs.

When you manually choose a language, the Site stores that choice in first-party local storage and, on our domains, a first-party cookie for up to one year so the official site and MARS3077 can use the same language. Selecting Automatic removes this saved choice.

For automatic selection, Cloudflare may provide the server with a country-level code derived from the connection address. Our locale endpoint returns only a recommended locale and its source; this language feature does not return or store your raw IP address or expose the country code to page scripts.

Cloudflare still processes connection data to deliver and protect the Site under its own privacy policy.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will revise the date above and provide prominent notice before a material change takes effect where required. We will request consent again where the law requires it.
